Apricot Mustard Sauce

Whole apricots, Dijon mustard, cider vinegar, honey and spices are blended into a thick, sweet, mildly hot basting glaze.

Usage Suggestions

  • Brush on the bottom of a quiche
  • Toss in a chicken salad with grapes and nuts
  • Add to zest a vinaigrette
  • Glaze a turkey or glaze chicken wings for hors d'oeuvres
  • Brush over a cheese sandwich and grill
  • Add to baked beans or Sloppy Joe
  • Baked Acorn Squash

    Place 2 acorn squash cut in half lengthwise onto a baking sheet. Place 1 Tbsp. Apricot Mustard Sauce and 1/2 Tbsp. butter in the center of each half. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
